In the early morning at Hiji Falls, it is possible to observe endemic species such as the Okinawa Robin and Okinawa Woodpecker. The best season is from March to May during the bird breeding season, where you may also spot birds like the Varied Tit, Pygmy Woodpecker, and Ruddy Kingfisher (summer visitor). Along the trail, there are also opportunities to observe various plants and insects.

Notes
- Our company has an agreement with the Hiji Falls management for access outside of regular hours. Please do not enter the facility illegally outside operating hours without joining this tour.
- The tour fee includes the Hiji Falls entrance ticket, but re-entry is not allowed.
- The 2-hour tour does not reach the waterfall, but you can purchase another ticket to re-enter afterward. The 3.5-hour tour includes time to reach the waterfall.
- If you need to borrow binoculars, please contact in advance.
- This tour may not leave time for breakfast at your accommodation, so consider purchasing food from a convenience store.
- In case of rain, the tour will continue if the purpose is general nature observation. However, if birdwatching is the main goal, it is recommended to cancel. Activities will be canceled in the event of a typhoon or heavy rain. Please bring rain gear.
- We cannot guarantee sightings of specific species. If your goal is to observe endemic birds like the Okinawa Robin or Okinawa Woodpecker, it is recommended to participate during the bird breeding season.
